They mentioned that CPP-O will issue the visitor visa, so i think they will also be able to issue the immigration visa. Yeah i hope so, there are two offices in Ottawa, one is located at 219 laurier ave west, which process PR files and the other mentioned in URL is located at 365 laurier ave which processes temporary visa applications. Not all files were transfered to Ottawa-CPP from buffalo as the URL says to "other north-american VO" so i hope it will not be slow.
Where does it say that? can you send me the link please. Because they established central processing centre in sydney since February 2011, which transferes cases to VO after first review based on their backlog i don't think there will be huge cases transfered to Ottawa, as they already knew back then that buffalo immigration section soon will be closed.Adeeb said:It is confusing, it says
