well i don't think they all log auto generated correspondence to the file, i contacted her and she replied very fast and said my file needs to go to Ottawa-CPP for additional background checks but my file was already in Ottawa. That's not i am sure when the file get transfered to Ottawa-CPP after she sent me email or after they received my medical (in orde to count how many months more i need to wait, it has already been 17months to my PR application and it is under PNP Ontario). I contacted only once and she replied, she looks like nice lady and i don't think there is any harm. If they haven't touch your file since it get back from Ottawa she will at least know of it and will take an action accordingly.Adeeb said:

In a request and humble language just explain her the file is bening transfered to Buffalo from OTtawa in march and GCMS notes says its ready for visa formalities but you didn't hear anything from buffalo since then. here is her email: Catherine.bailey@international.gc.caAdeeb said:
