Please Advice!!!!

I am really confused. I called IRCC on the phone number (613) 944-4000 for several times from google hangouts and the first time i called the agent said that some other department handles these inquiries and she cannot give me their no. as i was not calling from Canada. I tried again and the agent said she will connect me to the correct department and the call got disconnected. Since then when ever I am trying to call I get the msg that I cannot call on this toll free number from my country (I am calling from USA) but I did get through the first two times.
The Second number which people called and have said that they were able to talk to an agent is (888) 242- 2100 , it says the call cannot get through and that I need to check the no. I have dialed. So I don't know what to do . Has anyone contacted the IRCC can you please let me know the correct way or what menu options to press to get to the right agent.

I asked her which visa office is processin my application and she said Ottawa.

Following the thread as I may have to contact CPC-O as I have received CoPR approval in My CIC but return tracker has not been activated. Hopping I can reach someone at CPC-O to understand what might be the cause of delay.

Yes I ordered notes, emailed did all that I could. It seems to be based on country of origins, and mine happens to suck. (Lebanon)

Don't be too hash on yourself brother. You are closer than you think. I know someone with August 1st IP2 who got PPR about 2 weeks ago. Got remeds yet?

Your case seems to go very fast ! I think its a matter of a week for security check then PPR !

i also submitted feb 20, medical passed march 6, still in ip2, called the call center in april and middle of june, agent told me the same wordings as yours, and im already in 4 months after aor. they keep on saying my file looks good and no adr requested, stated i have till august and everyone is verification stage which i dnt understand.

Any idea on how soon I can expect some progress in my application?

Hi folks! My case is in Ottawa as well. AOR from April 2018, last real update according to notes from July was request for Eligibility review because of my work experience. The note was from May. Didn't hear anything from them since then. I'm worried they won't award me the experience points and blow up my application

It's September now, that's like 4months after your notes? You could start by ordering a new notes to see if you have passed Eligibility or ring them up to get updates on your file.
