Keep reading that Ottawa VO is one of the fastest, dare we hope for good news after the holidays?
You can confirm it by emailing IRCC to ask for your Visa Office, or by ordering GCMS notes, which will mention the primary VO.Hi Everyone,
I wanted to know how do you know that your application is being processed at Ottawa. I have read all the applicants residing in USA gets their applications processed at Ottawa office. So I am going by what I have read .Is it true?
My timeline is in my signature below.
I emailed the CPC-CTD-Ottawa and got a automated reply:You can confirm it by emailing IRCC to ask for your Visa Office, or by ordering GCMS notes, which will mention the primary VO.

And I don't really want to order the notes . I mean I am not really worried YET. I am mainly confused about the difference between the LVO and Processing centre. What happens where?
So what i have read so far about USA residents cases are processed at Ottawa centre does that mean the LVO and processing centre will be the same?
Thanks for the reply !! Like I said I am not worried yet. I know there are people on this forum who have been stuck at one stage or the other for months and I don't want to be that annoying person who starts to freak out within a monthIt's been less than a month since your AOR. The file goes to LVO, CPC Ottawa is one of them. There have been some speculations here implying that they may be changing their wordings to avoid applicants finding out the exact step, but we don't know for sure. According to the basic system we know about background checks (NA, IP1, NA, IP2, PPR) your file must be at the LVO, most likely Ottawa. Thanks for the reply !! Like I said I am not worried yet. Just another question after IP2 the file goes to the CPC or LVO?
GCMS notes would show you whats been happening to your file. It could also trigger other activities in your app including PPR.Aor 16th dec
Mep 28th dec
Ip1 28th dec
Na2 4th Jan
Ip2 27th Feb
Adr - none (we do not need additional docs)
Ppr - waiting
Considering ordering notes
How can that be a bad sign in any point of view ??My AOR is 31st march... Med passed 9th April... I moved to IP2 on April 10th... I don't know whether it's a good or bad sign... fsw-inland application...
