Guys, received my medicals today at 17.15, strange isn't. I didn't even know if postmen still work up until that time. Letter is dated 28th Oct 2010. It took a little while to reach to us in London. :

I sent an email to confirm if they have received my Medicals and i got the reply below:

We do not see the medicals until the Medican Section has reviewed them.

I recently sent them an email 3 months after the medicals and i got the reply below again:

Your medical examination results have been received. We do not anticipate requesting your passport for visa issuance before December 2010/January 2011.

I pray look forward to the Postmans visit everyday and i also check my emails everytime but no luck yet. I can not give up for i have been on this journey for over 3 years. The end justifys the means.

Guys, have had our medicals today.... Quick, wasn't it : Doctor said that she'll be getting xray on monday and blood results on wednesday and will be posting my results to high commission on Wed/Thurs by registered deliver. Now the wait begins.

Excellent news Ahmad....congrats buddy.
Atleast things have started rolling which is a good sign. I am also keeping my fingers crossed, hope they call for PPR before christmas holidays...my Medicals have rechd CHC London on 02/11/10.
Cant wait anymore...

Hey guys, just to let you know, it took more than seven months from submission of our documents, but we FINALLY received our medical requests today. ;D

For us it took almost 6 months to recv our medicals in Oct 2010....

Hey everyone, WELL...we booked our medicals and the earliest appointment available was 24 November, which is 29 days after the date of their letter, so cutting it was very close to the wire for the CPP-O's 30 day deadline. Then, the clinic in Cambridge postponed until 8- Dec due to "unforeseen circumstances". Luckily the CPP-O seem to appreciate that we are keeping them informed and it hopefully wont be a problem, given the 30 day deadline from 25-October. Anyway thats where we are right now.
