I don't think you can contact them directly. If it's an urgent matter, CIC hotline can provide a mailing address should you need send them documents.

One of the May applicants (Applied on 23rd May 2014) got test invite in Feb. Finally Ottawa office is waking up lol.

Hope to get test request in 2-3 weeks

I know....it looks bad....like they are still working on some sleepy systems which remember only a week before the test to remind the applicant ?

That being said, I don't think that happens all the time. But, still it comes across as disorganized and off-putting

i think they sent her the letter according to somebody else rescheduling as one week is really strange. i do not mind it for my self thought ;D just send guys ;D ;D i want to finish

oh my God Ottawa!! only two ceremonies in Feb?? can not believe it. how can we get a test invitation then?

Hi guys, i'm not sure if you are referring to me or someone else, but I received my letter only last night inviting me to take my test in Ottawa on Monday Feb 2nd. Unfortunately I am unable to attend as I am travelling to England on Friday for a week to see my family and spend time with my grandmother who is unwell. I have written a letter to CIC to explain.....I really hope they will reschedule me!

I just called CIC and the agent told me that my file has been transferred to Ottawa since 08th December 2014 but they have not scheduled any tests or requests for any documentation yet. Still in process..
