Hi there,

I am in the final stages of organizing my application under "Common-Law Spouse"- Outland. (Using the old application package - prior to 15th December 2016 changes)

I'm a little unsure as to where to put the "additional pages" from the Immigration forms.

For example:

IMM5490E Question 9 - Describe the development of your relationship.
I created a very comprehensive chronological timeline of our relationship including; a large number of photographs, documents, invitations, flights together with written explanations.

IMM5490E Question 20 - Are you in a Common-Law Relationship?
I created a large document detailing proof of our common-law relationship including; notarized letters, join financial documents, identity documents showing same address, join mail and vehicle insurance.

IMM5490E Questions 26a and 26b - How do you and your sponsor communicate when you are not together? How often and in what Language?
Again, I created a large document including Email , Skype, Facebook, Phone records and letters showing our communnication.

So, my question is; should I be adding these "additional pages" behind the respective form, or should these "additional pages" be added under Proof of Relationship to Sponsor (later in the Document Checklist).

If they are to be put with the respective form should I then print off duplicates to have under "Proof of Relationship to Sponsor" as well?
Or will one set be sufficient (and the Immigration Office will see that the "Proof of Relationship to Sponsor" is contained within the "additional pages").

Hopefully this makes sense, I'm sure I could have explained it better!

Thanks for your time!

What I did on mine was, for question no. 9, I simply wrote,
"Please see attached sheet for further details"
"Please see photos and documentary evidence under "Proof of Relationship" envelope.

You may want to browse on this post by pelipeli on how she organized her package. It is a 4-year old post but many are still grateful the way she organized her application.

Sounds good, I'll add a note in there referring to the "Proof of Relationship to Sponsor" section for the additional information.

Will be sure to check out pelipeli's post! Thanks for your help!
