Question for those who've submitted their e-forms to CIC...is the document checklist generated after you press the submit button or is it somewhere else before submission? I can't seem to find it? Thanks.

One question on the medical result.
I did my medical more than a week ago. Will my status of medical change to passed automatically if the result is uploaded?
If not, normally how long does it take to have a status change after uploading the result?

I'm asking because my physician promised to upload one week after the medical check, and it has been more than one week nothing has changed in the system.

For the letter from the bank, do we have to attach 6 months statements for all accounts including for credit cards?? Or do we have to attach 6 months statements only for the account which holds the funds that we would be taking to Canada?

Hey Atreides,
After you click submit, you will be directed to an upload page where you can see the kind of documents you need to upload. You can go back and change information at this point as well.

Hi Raymonds,
Medicals change to received first and then to passed. The usual time is within 2 weeks for PNP applicants although sometimes it takes longer for CIC to update these changes. If you're worried, you might want to call the doc that did your medicals and confirm if they have sent the results.

With this I would be done with practically all document uploads except medicals. Will be taking my medicals on Tuesday next week mostly.

Medicals change to received first and then to passed. The usual time is within 2 weeks for PNP applicants although sometimes it takes longer for CIC to update these changes. If you're worried, you might want to call the doc that did your medicals and confirm if they have sent the results.

It's always a good idea to circle back with your doctor and make sure he has done his part. To make you feel better, it took around 3 weeks for my Medical to change to Passed. For some candidates, it within the first few days of submission while for some it takes up to few weeks. Good Luck !

Good afternoon! I was nominated and currently waiting for IA, which should come tomorrow, hopefully! I will input my data in the spreadsheet, which is very helpful – thanks.

I have some questions, and would really appreciate your guidance and opinion.

1) In my EE profile I have put four of my jobs. The fourth and oldest job is very difficult to get documentation. I only have a letter, but no payslips (if they are ever requested) and the letter does not have my salary information and hours per week, its a bit superficial.
Should I: a) remove this fourth job from my EE profile before IA? b) remove it after IA, in my post-IA application? Or c) just leave it there, and submit the letter together with an explanation saying I am not claiming points for it? We don’t really need this fourth job for points now that we got the nomination (I did send the documents of this fourth job to Ontario, nevertheless).

2) I have put my wife´s ECA in my EE profile. Nevertheless, we don’t have her transcript (it was sent directly to WES by the university). Should I: a) remove her ECA from my EE profile before IA? b) remove it after IA, in my post-IA application? Or c) just leave it there, and submit her ECA with her diploma and no transcripts? We don’t really need her ECA for points now that we got the nomination.

Hello All,

I have a question on the processing. We all know documents will not be processed in the month of December and January.
Is that applicable for new applications submitted in those months or even the existing documents submitted before December will not be processed?

Absolutely not. In fact, even the Bachelors and Masters are redundant.
