You'll need a reference letter from each job that contributes points towards your overall CRS score.pinky28 said:Thanks avisad...one more thing i wanted to clarify..do we need to get atleast one reference from each previous job...or one from the employee of latest job would be enough
EE is online so you can submit your application even if you are not in your country of usual residence. You'll have to provide a local address in the country you are visiting for those 4 months. You can do your medicals there as well. Passport submission is required after your application is approved and even that can be submitted locally in that country. No worries.kovthe said:Hi All,
By going through the different statistics available in this forum , I am expecting my AOR by 15-20th November 2015. If I get the nomination, my CRS will bump to 1000+. With a score of 1000+ its quite possible that I will receive ITA. However my concern is that I will be on a business travel for 4 months and will be out of country. So I may have difficulty in getting the medical reports and other required documents withing two months from date when ITA is issued. Also I am not sure at which stage of my application I need to submit my original passport. Also is it possible that I get the medical done in a different country and send my application package from abroad?
Also please share your thoughts/opinion.
That certificate should suffice provided it includes job responsibilities (assuming they didn't change at any point in time) and tenure.pinky28 said:A last query...i was working as teaching assistant and this job is contractual..every six months i was rengaged...do i need to send all the six job reengagement letter?? Or else my certificate of 3 years slong with working hrs and hob responsibility would be enough

It's always a good idea to circle back with your doctor and make sure he has done his part. To make you feel better, it took around 3 weeks for my Medical to change to Passed. For some candidates, it within the first few days of submission while for some it takes up to few weeks. Good Luck !

All CIC services are down it seems. I tried to log in to CIC and ECAS. Anyone experiencing the same?
Thanks,
Anyone? Please?llgn_sp said:Good afternoon! I was nominated and currently waiting for IA, which should come tomorrow, hopefully! I will input my data in the spreadsheet, which is very helpful – thanks.
I have some questions, and would really appreciate your guidance and opinion.
1) In my EE profile I have put four of my jobs. The fourth and oldest job is very difficult to get documentation. I only have a letter, but no payslips (if they are ever requested) and the letter does not have my salary information and hours per week, its a bit superficial.
Should I: a) remove this fourth job from my EE profile before IA? b) remove it after IA, in my post-IA application? Or c) just leave it there, and submit the letter together with an explanation saying I am not claiming points for it? We don’t really need this fourth job for points now that we got the nomination (I did send the documents of this fourth job to Ontario, nevertheless).
2) I have put my wife´s ECA in my EE profile. Nevertheless, we don’t have her transcript (it was sent directly to WES by the university). Should I: a) remove her ECA from my EE profile before IA? b) remove it after IA, in my post-IA application? Or c) just leave it there, and submit her ECA with her diploma and no transcripts? We don’t really need her ECA for points now that we got the nomination.
Thanks!

Remove that job from your application - it doesn't add anything except nuisance value. Provided you don't need those years of experience to count towards 67/100 if you're applying under FSW.

CIC doesn't ask for transcripts. Just the ECA and degree/diploma/certificate needs to be uploaded. If you have the ECA and diploma, no worries here.
Thanks!
You can certainly inform Ontario if you plan to remove that work experience. But I would recommend you leave it in there, attach whatever documents you have and let CIC reduce the points if needed. You'd still have a high enough score to qualify. If that job doesn't count towards program eligibility, keeping it in there or removing it makes no difference. Keeping it in there helps you avoid another communication with Ontario so let it be.llgn_sp said:Thank you very much Asivad!
One question: do I have to inform Ontario? I am asking you this because they specify that any information that could change my CRS score should be communicated.
My score will still be above 1000...
