You should have got a refusal letter that explained the reasons. Generally, the refusals are issued because of the reasons mentioned in the section 214(b) of the United States Immigration and Nationality Act. Common reasons include not possessing sufficient funds, not having residence outside the US, the VO believes that you will not return back at the end of your permitted time in the US or if the VO believes that you don't have strong ties outside the US that will compel you to leave US after the permitted time.andy_J said:Make sense Raj, i dont remember the rejection reason, so what should i explain? Can I just write that I have applied for US visit visa in 2014 and it got rejected.?
If you don't remember the reason, you can just mention that your B-2 visa was rejected. However, I strongly recommend you to try and find out the reason and mention it there. It will be there in your refusal letter.
Good luck!
