Yesterday, I got a response from CIC (to my CSE) that they have verified the information and nomination points have been recalculated and I should re-check my account. The mail also states that if I still see incorrect points, then i should raise another CSE with snapshots of the screen.

When i checked my account, I have received an email with a letter from CIC stating that I have accepted the ON nomination and hence I have been allotted 600 additional points. However, the points are still not updated.

Does it take sometime after receiving this letter for the points to be updated? Or shall I just go ahead and raise another CSE with snapshots.

luckily, it didn't happened to me. i got my scores updated once intimated. so can't share something out of my personal experience.
but as per my limited knowledge and understanding i guess some really serious issue is being going on with CIC especially if its still not updated after intimation. i think raising another CEC with snapshot and with this detail would help you coz keeping CIC informed about the situation will be like putting the ball in their court. and dont forget to write to ontario officials as well.

the amount of fund which i mentioned in my schedule 4 request was of old lico for 4 people $ 22,200 wheras new lico revised few days before my application submission was $22,600. i came to know later. my proof of fund document was showing more than lico. but what i mentioned in schedule 4 are short by $ 400. although i have other funds as well. what should i do now? how can it effect my application?

You can probably raise a CSE and provide a letter explaining the situation. Also mention that you have more than the LICO.

i guess IMM 5669 is schedule A-the statement contains since you were 18 or the past 10 years whichever is most recent means if your age is 32 years you will start from 2006 or 2005 to be more safe (as per my understanding).

dont know about the first one. but schedule A is the document asked from many others. its a routine document with your signatures on it. no worries for that

If you filled the correct balance value prevailing on the date you filled your eAPR you should be fine. They do not look at the changes retrospectively.
