Regarding the photo, let me rephrase my question. Should I scan the backside of the photo and upload the same? The studio would only give me the digital copy of the actual photo but not the backside. So, if I have to upload the same, I would need to manually scan it and then upload it (not sure how well the dimensions would be preserved).

You do not have to upload the reverse side!

Hi All!

PLS Guide: I am the primary applicant but my husband (dependent) has studied in Chandigarh for 4 yrs during graduation . But in the address history we have mentioned our permanent address of Delhi only.

Similarly; he has obtained PCC from PAssport Seva Kendra.

Is it fine ?????

Should we need to mention chanḍigaṛh address ? Do we need PCC from chanḍigaṛh ????

Thanks in advance!

If he has a PCC from PSK, he is good to go!

Yes he has PCC from PSK! But should we make changes in PR application or leave it as it's with permanent address only?

You should list all address you have lived in the past 10 years.

If you see a file number and a fee receipt, this is your AOR! Congratulations!

But I'm confused why they would send a doc request along with your AOR! Anyway, order the duplicate copy and attach a receipt and reply to the mail!

Btw, today is Saturday! OINP is working on a Saturday?

Hi Everyone!

Slowly gathering the documents for Permanent Residency, and they are requesting Spouse documents such as work references and etc. The company he has worked with in Dubai has closed down, and one of them he left on not so good terms and doesnt want to ask for a reference. Im not sure on how to act on this issue and a letter of explanation is not the best explnation for it. Can anyone guide me on how to be now?
Also what are the chances of rejection once u get an ITA?

Mail is dated 29-1-2015.....and no it dsnt contain Fee recpt just file number. Plz help me with next course of action....should i just post a request for duplicate ECA to WES or am i supposed to do anything else too? U mentioned that i should reply to OINPs mail...wouldnt a request for ECA to WES wld suffice?
Plz guide.

Dears,

for those who got the WES request for duplicates from OINP:

1- can you please paste the mail request body? what does it look like?

2- do they request to order for spouse too or just PA?

I seriously doubt that you might have missed your AOR email or Ontario must have missed to send it to you!

Reply to the mail with the receipt and tell them you never received an AOR before (because if your current mail contains a file number, it means you were assigned one and hence OINP thinks it received your AOR).

If you are the PA, you can remove any spouse experience that was not gained in Canada from the work exp section, safely. Work experience of the dependant gives you CRS points only if it was gained in Canada.

Remove your spouse's experience and retain it only in the personal history section - that placeholder asking for his docs will disappear!

Good luck and all the very best!

Thank you very much Rajkamal!

I also wanted to clarify one more thing- I booked my appointment for Medical Check up. They keep asking for a form that CIC had to send me? But i did not get any form or any letter, just a placeholder to upload medical report.. what is the problem with this?

You do not have to take any form! Say you want to have an "Upfront medical exam". I believe your DMP doesn't have e-medical system! Ask your clinic if they have access to e-medical system!
