like my Ontario Document Package was submittted on 7th of January 2016, and according to DHL someone signed for it so i know Ontario received it, but after that i heard nothing from them.

Hi!

Congrats on the interest letter. Their new regulations state that it has to be sent directly from WES itself. And also you dont send any hardcopy docs of original documents. They are usually asking for copies unless stated otherwise. Goodluck!

I'm assuming you are an FSW applicant. Do not expect to hear anything from them until at least 8 - 10 weeks have passed. They haven't started issuing AORs for November applicants yet. You got some serious waiting to do .

If all the required documents are received by them (OINP), then they will send you AoR for your application.

Yes. They check if the application package is complete. If it is, then they cash the DD you sent and then send you an AOR with a file number (and the DD encashment receipt).

Nope. Lots of people get nominations without any verification calls ever having been made.

Hello,

I received the ITA yesterday. I understand that I need to submit the online form, but what I am unclear on is when should I be booking the medical?

The following page states that there are 2 options for medicals - but I cannot figure out which applies to me.

Should I assume I am the former, and that I should wait until I submit my online form before I book a medical? I have seen mention of 'upfront medicals', and wondered if this applies?

I am an EE FSW with a provincial nomination from Ontario.

As a side note, I have already requested my police certificates. And I am collating some of the online form info - travel history etc.

The economic class form is the one we need to fill and upload in the respective column in your online application.
They will provide space for uploading these documents. Go to view submitted application and you can find it there.

You don't have to fill the business class application.
you can put as "not applicable" on all the pages and scan it & upload in respective place.
