According to my checklist... I have to conduct Medical Exams and submit proof of exams... You can perform Upfront Medical Exams... Just tell the clinic you are an Express Entry Candidate with Nomination and Invitation to Apply (ITA)...
Upon going to the clinic, they will give you an acknowledgement letter containing your UMI number... You just have to scan that, and upload it on CIC...
Don't wait for CIC to send you the request... you will wait for long... for nothing... do the Upfront Medical Exams...

I don't know about passport yet... but I have to upload the biodata pages of my passport on CIC...

I think so. I just got nominated but I haven't received my ITA yet. The CIC website should generate that list based on your profile.

If your IELTS or TEF expired... for sure you will have to take the test again and get the required scores...
Note that these results are valid for 2 years... so a good planning is indeed needed...

If your test expired after you got ITA, I think you don't have to retake the test. Or may be after you submit ur application...

I also remember I saw somewhere your profile is locked once you approve ITA. Like if you decided to get married, you had to to it before ITA

Your tests and whatever you will send must be valid (not expired) at the day you receive your ITA. Whatever happens to those documents after that is ok. (they can expire the day after that). Because at the day of ITA your CRS score will freeze. The only change that can happen to your score is, if you were single at the day of ITA and later on, but before the process was finished you have married. Then they will recheck and recalculate points as or married one. But if you get ITA with PNP it does not really matter as long as you fullfill PNP. Which you will because this French stream has no point requirements.

For interest I have now 934 points. So funny enough my core score was not that high (cause by choosing French as first language and also by having just English test from my husband). But again it does not really matter if you can fullfill other criteria.

MINISTERIAL INSTRUCTIONS RESPECTING INVITATIONS TO APPLY FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCE UNDER THE EXPRESS ENTRY SYSTEM (DECEMBER 22, 2016)

Determination — number of invitations

1. (1) For the purposes of paragraph 10.2(1)(b) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the number of invitations that may be issued during the period beginning on December 22, 2016 and ending on December 23, 2016 is 2,878.

Determination – required rank

(2) Foreign nationals who, on December 22, 2016 at 13:39:04 UTC, have been assigned a total of 475 points or more under the Comprehensive Ranking System that is set out in the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System, as published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on December 1, 2014 and as amended from time to time, occupy the rank required to be invited to make an application for permanent residence.

I just called to make an appointment for the medical exam. They told me they have to review my information before they give a date. Does anyone have that same process?!

I haven't started that process yet.

You need to a how them the ita letter.

You do not need special letter for Medical. Just take passport, if needed photos, money, your health documentation from your general doctor and of course your EE number. they will upload it under that number and you are good to go.

And it takes a date to receive ITA so keep calm.
