Do you have also your IELTS or CELPIP results put up there? That is also required for the second language.
May I ask what is your current French and English score that you put there.
Also make sure that job that you claimed is 0, A or B type. Also make sure that your education ECA is there correctly.

Yup! I have 10,10,10 and 8 in TEF and 10, 12, 8 and 8 in CELPIP. My NOC is type A and my education credential have assessed correctly. I got the correct CRS for all these points.

OK,
Then I guess best choice for you is to delete and create new EE account which will be set up for Ontario. We have somebody in the group that had to do that (sometimes playing with languages - changing French from second to first language may trigger that problem).
Also make sure, that Ontario or all provinces are ticked in the preferentials (you will see a statement that you agree with Ontario data collection in that section).

Hello and congratulations for those who got nominations.
Guys, I have a worry that makes me very stressed, I'm waiting for Ontario nomination , before that, I planned to get married in february (after 2 months from now) and of course I want to add my futur wife in my candidature. My question is, can I get married after getting nomination and just before accepting ITA? Let me explain more, if I will get nomination, I will have 45 days to accept it, during 45 days I will getting married and updating my CIC profil, after that I will accept nomination and I will apply to RP as married, is this acceptabale? What is the best phase to add my spouse? before/after nomination before/after ITA?

1. French stream has no CRS points requirements. All that is there you can fullfill by yourself, so your future wife will be no problem.
2. The only Score requirement is the basic one - 67 out of 100 points to be able to enter EE as such.
3. Yes you can get married between getting nomination and filling in ITA. Just be sure to update Ontario about change in your family, then you shall be good to go.
4. After getting nomination, you have 30 days to accept the nomination and the nomination itself is 6 months valid. So it has to be valid when you will file after ITA.
5. For ITA itself, you have 90 days to get all documents ready. But if you get married after getting ITA, count that your profile will be frozen, so getting your new wife in you need whole LOE with her documents. Other option is to reject first ITA and update her before getting the new one.
hope this helps.

Oh thank you, of course it was very helpful, so you think the best alternative is getting married between nomination and ITA? and if I'll do that and update Ontario about change in family situation, can they ask for additional documents? and in that case, can they froze or withdraw nomination until they check these documents?
