How do you guys create a new profile? I was about to withdraw mine but it said that I will no longer be able to apply for permanent residency.

Ok what exactly is the problem that your profile has indicated?

sorry for the late reply, I've just seen yours! Well, I don't really know whether there's a problem or not but I've seen people getting their nomination right after they created a new profile. Does that make sense to you? Do I have to do the same?

Ok when it comes to Ontario following does happen:
1. You will create account that meets Ontario French stream criteria (also do not forget to check either all provinces or Ontario as province where you want to reside.
2. You will complete it with connection to Jobbank and make the account fully active
3. Ontario will see your profile
4. You will get so called PT NOI - Provincial teritorial Notification of Interest on the account (that does happen somewhere between just hours after fully activated and around 10 work days)
5. From the day you got that mail directly on that EE profile, you have 45 days to prepare your application package, send it to Ontario and Ontario shall receive it (so in reality you have like 30 days just to send it out).
6. Then you will sit and wait for AOR - acknowledgement of receipt, they will send you that after checking your application for the first time and cashing your money
7. you wait if Ontario will ask you for additional documents or call you or mail you what is happening with your application (any of that may happen several times or nothing will come from Ontario and they just nominate you)
8. You get nomination letter which you shall accept in your account (upper part of the screen with that EE you will see accept button)
9. You get 600 points (within like 2 workdays max).
10. Next draw you will get ITA and you will go through federal part

Thank you for the extensive details. The thing is that, I have updated my profile once my TEF results obtained and my crs has been updated too. But I am wondering whether I have to re-create a new profile or not. I don't know Some people at the very beginning of this topic have recreated their profile and got the nomination right away.

1. you will not get provincial nomination from Ontario right away. You might be mixing up with notification of interest from Ontario
2. No problem, upadte your account with TEF results, put French as first language (that is must, otherwise Ontario will not see your profile)
3. If ever you will get no PT NOI from Ontario within like a week, then you need recreate account (there might have been some system error there).
4. Also do not forget you need to tick the choice of Ontario as province or tick choice of all provinces.

One month's ago my company blocked access to forums so I was without news for some time then I discovered the Google URL translator so I was able to follow u guys but without being able to login (proxy block !!! )

Do you have also your IELTS or CELPIP results put up there? That is also required for the second language.
May I ask what is your current French and English score that you put there.
Also make sure that job that you claimed is 0, A or B type. Also make sure that your education ECA is there correctly.

I received AOR on Nov 15
