So after further investigation, I was able to hit something called bank cheque that can be prepared in foreign currency.
I am just wondering when will Ontario enter 21 century where one does pay online without problems.

They might have to raise application prices to fund online applications and payments.

You mean like something Saskatchewan is running for free? When it comes to document database it is nothing that difficult to maintain. Neither are the money transfers difficult. I just guess the major problem is that huge backlog they have.

Hello everyone
1/ In order to get points for experiences in Canada, candidate must have at least 2 years of full time education over there. Do these 2 years must be consecutive and result in a certificate or degree? I used to do 1 year of exchange in Quebec (as an exchange student, I got French degree, not Canadian degree). Now I intend to take another diploma in Toronto. I wonder if this experience will be counted.
2/ I have just got AOR from OINP, and got a new 2 months short-term contract. Do I need to send Ontario a "Change of Personal Information Form" now? or wait 2 more months to send it with reference letter and contract? or do I just need to add this job into EE profile and wait..?

1. Did you choose just Ontarion (for provinces where you want to reside in), Ontario and some other choices or did you choole All provinces and territories?
2. How long did it take between profile activation to NOI
3. What was your lowest CBL mark from French language

In response to your query, here are some answers:
1. I chose Ontario and some other provinces.
2. It took 3 days in my case to get NOI after activating the job bank.
3. The lowest score in French language was B2 which, I believe, is equivalent to CLB7.
