The TEF manual used to say that it's -1 for incorrect answer. I was pleasantly surprised when I went for the test in March and they said that from now on it's 0 for incorrect answer - meaning no point deduction.

I registered in Jan and the exams were scheduled for last week of March. I spent at least 1 hour per day (during my lunch time ) for preparation.

Just check when is the next exam scheduled at your place. And use the time for revision. They have less sessions than IELTS. At least it's like this here - 3 sessions per year

But well, for anyone good in math, can someone explain to me how i got 245/300 on reading which is 50 questions? I would really like to know how many question i answered correctly lol

hmm that makes sense. Although in the manual it says +3 points for correct and +0 for incorrect (then we multiply by 2), this is not actually correct. In the paper based, it is +3 points for correct and -1 for wrong. I guess in the paper that would be correct, but for the eTEF they managed to make questions ranging from 1 to 3 i guess.

I have a question, is the "French Speaking Skilled Worker Stream" a part of the " Human Capital Priorities Stream" or they are two different programs?

No. I have 383 points and I got invited. there is a trick though. You need to put French as a first language to receive the invite. if you are like me better in english you will lose lots of points bit doesn't matter for this stream. All u need to have is french clb 7 on all and English clb 6 on all plus fswp eligibility of course.

Yes I did all that and I got the invitation and the AOR, but in the acknowledgment lettre they said "Candidates in the category Priority based on human capital must also continue to maintain a score of 400 or more points in the overall ranking system", so I'm confused because actually I have 403 points and I planned to get married soon, and I will loose 20 points after marriage, so that's why I'm asking if this criteria is required for French Speaking Skilled Worker

In an AOR of one of our friends it says explicitly the name of the stream:

If you are a candidate through one of the Ontario Express Entry streams, please note
that your Express Entry profile must remain up-to-date throughout all processing stages
of your application. Candidates for the Ontario Human Capital Priorities stream must
also continue to maintain a score of 400 points or above in the Express Entry
Comprehensive Ranking System.

Yes it's the same message, except I received it in frensh:
"Si vous soumettez votre candidature par l'entremise d'une des catégories du système ontarien Entrée express, veuillez noter que votre dossier doit demeurer à jour pendant toutes les étapes du traitement de votre demande. Les candidats dans la catégorie Priorité basée sur le capital humain doivent aussi continuer à maintenir un score de 400 points ou plus dans le Système de classement global d'Entrée express."

Great so confirmed we are not concerned with this sentence.

Is Human capital PRIORITIES stream. You can check it out in french at ontario immigration website.

You can see that I have a CRS of 321 and still got a PT NOI and an AoR. Just a question. Did you attach the copy of your WES ECA report when you submitted your application? I want to understand why you have been requested to submit your ECA report and I haven't. (not yet anyway - I did attach a copy with my application). should I preempt OINP and request WES to send a copy directly to them?

Well, I attached a copy when I submitted my application, and they confirmed that, they sent me an email telling me you provided a copy of your ECA report and in order to verify the report we require you to autorize WES to share the report.
So you don't need to request WES to send a copy until they ask you to do this, I don't know if they require vefification for all applicant or not.
