I have a brother who lives in canada ( QC ) also citizen , Should I designate him AS REPRESENTATIVE , or not
Is is worth it ? Does it help somehow ?

PS: am sending him my package anyway , cos he will be adding the payment (mandat postal) and sending the hole package to OIPNP.

Having representative does not change a thing. Ontario does not care if you or somebody else will pay for your application, as long as they get Money. And also they do not care if your application came from abroad or just from Quebec. They will be sending you certificate back on the adress you stated.
But I would advice you to mention your family in Quebec, but at the same time explain that you prefer much much more Ontario with your reasons (this way, they will be aware and not surprised later, when federal will ask them).

I hv received my nomination certificaate about 1 week after nomination. It should be under process,no worries !

Carry on with your federal application. Your nomination is also on the account itself. Sometimes it takes time to get the certificate (x-mass and new year post delays).

thanks Vensak , am willing to print few mails of job prospection , also , few online webinaries and mail discussions with ontario intervenants in job finding , with ofc the Letter of intention to reside in Ontario , in which I state that I've been to Ottawa.
as a matter of fact it's been almost a year that I am preparing for this, hope they take that as an advantage ( for my profile ) not the opposite.

guys do you know what is the maximum size permitted through ontario email? my ADR email is 19 MB didnt go through. I dont want to compress i want to split to multiple emails. Not sure how big i should make them.

OK I split the email into 2 emails. each one 9.5MB seems they went through. Now i am worried they wouldn't see the 2 emails but i guess many people did it before so i should be ok. I had typing mistakes in the translations and I sent them in LOE that i will reproduce them next tuesday. I hope it is not a big deal for them as in the originals, the mistakes are not there and they can see them since luckily the mistakes happened in english words, weird i know.

Congrats! Is it possible to attain an ontario invitation and we reject it and continue in thw federal skilled workers ?

I do not think so. They asked you for ADR, that alone is a good sign. Take that statement as something for all those people that are calling and mailing there when this or that stream will reopen. Our stream was never closed in the first place.
Their goal is actually nominating equaly all over the year instead of rushing everything within 2 or 3 months. You will get your nomination soon for sure.

Regarding my ADR, i have been asked for the EDE duplicate. I am the main applicant. Do I have to send also my wife's EDE?
