OOPNP French-Speaking Skilled Workers Stream

I wuld love some insights from you guys about my profie: My score is 408, have two master degrees one in accounting and one in information system, i have a wife and kid, for both languages:
French CLB (TEF) : 11 10 9 7 (i put it as first language)
IELTS CLB: 11 10 9 8
As you can see i failed to get a 9 everwhere in any of the languages so Ontario invitation it is. What do you think the probability i will receive a notification from ontario in less than a month ? Is it A MUST to have relatives or prior experience/education in Ontario to get a notification (i have none) ? any advice ?

2. From what I see you fullfill the requirement criteria for both languages (CBL 7+ on FR and CBL 6+ on EN)
3. Ontario has no point requirements for the French stream (only the basic one to be able to make EE - 67 points on 100 points scale).
So far everybody that met the French stream criteria and had French as their first language did get PT NOI within few days (unless they have closed the French stream).
The official statement from 12.1. 2017 is only talking about their last year quota as such. (so no statement about closing this stream).

One query about EDE: in the mail that I received, I have been asked to send a copy to POCI. When I specified that in my request through WES, I have been charged 75$!! whereas a single copy is 30$. Is that the correct amount to pay in our case?

Veuillez noter que votre demande n’a pas été jugée incomplète, mais le fait de ne pas donner suite à la présente demande pourrait entraîner le rejet de votre demande de désignation d’un candidat.
Pour autoriser WES à communiquer les résultats de votre EDE, vous devez commander une copie de votre rapport d’EDE à : https://www.wes.org/ca/apply/xcopycic.asp. Vous devez également vous assurer que la mention « Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, MCIIT » est indiquée à titre de destinataire du rapport.

after activation of a new EE profile, you will get message with the unique jobbank code. then go to the jobbank and use the connect with a different EE profile and enter new code. cic looks buggy , and it's mentioned on the login screen (there will be an update next tuesday)
for the record : it happened to me last year that few days after validating my job bank , I received an email sayin : 'new message ...'
but after login into CIC there was no message , I knew it was OIPNP , but there was no notification (buggy CIC) , so I had to renew EE profile and repeat the hole process and then the LOI came few days after.
Hoping the best

Any of you has receive the letter of interest from Ontario last week? Will it be affected by the notification on 12 Jan 2017?
