Should I include any previous pnp application or leave it blank since I have not received any result from the other province yet?
Any help please
No problem in being unemployed while you send the OINP application package. Just that you need to mention it in your application. You can stay in Canada until you are legally permitted and then move back to your home country. In case you move back, then inform OINP about the change in address and country..doro_07 said:Hey Guys,
I would like to kindly ask you some questions regarding Ontario PNP. My husband's employer can apply for nomination for my husband, he has over 2 years of work experience in NOC B class. I was looking into applications and my question is : can my husband be unemployed when applying for PNP?
He has worked for this employer for 10 months and now our work permits have ended and we would like to either stay here and wait while applying for PNP or go back to our country. Our status here in Canada is legal, we did not overstayed our stay but obviously my husband can't work. So is it going to be acceptable for him to apply while unemployed or is it better to go back to our country and search for employment and apply then?
And also do they need ECA from Wes while applying for PNP (not thru EE)? I can't find this info anywhere.
