I have a few related questions. Hoping someone can answer them:

1. If I apply for the PNP after I receive an interest letter, is it guaranteed that I will be nominated for that province?
2. Is the application fee due at profile submission or after I receive the nomination?
3. Are these costs added on top of other fees for the express entry process?

Hi,

1. Not exactly. They check your documents to verify work ex, fund availability, NOC applicability and your intent to reside in Ontario. But if these are in place then you may consider the nomination certain.

3. These expenses are over and above EE charges.

I have CRS score of 467 (Qualified under FSW) and I just got the Invitation from OINP.

Created my EE profile on May 15th 2020.

Can I proceed under OINP? My IETLS score is gonna expire in 3 weeks. I am an outbound candidate from the US, if I need to take one more shot on IELTS, I can't do that because all the centers are closed as of now. Any suggestion is helpful.

Agreed, and we aren't sure if they will accept the application or do we get any refund back if declined.

Hello, We just received NOI from from ONTARIO today. We have tried to fill up the Ontario portal and We got to EDUCATION HISTORY. What we have is 2 or More certificate which WES evaluated as 1 year Diploma, 3 years Diploma and 1 year PGD but it’s showing we must have Bachelors degree or its equivalent to be admitted under the HUMAN CAPITAL PRIORITIES STREAM. What do we do please?

We got a NOI from OINP today, score: 466. I had a few questions regarding the process:

1. Will we be considered for other PNP's such as British Columbia after applying for OINP?
2. Say if we get rejected from OINP for any reason, will that affect our Federal EE?
3. Do we need WES for bachelors for application as well? We got it for our Masters.
4. If we get selected, Is it possible to work remotely from Ontario while my company is in Vancouver?
5. If not, is there any way I can work from Vancouver after getting PR through OINP?

True, you have ample time to submit your submit your OINP. I highly doubt the score will go below 470 tho. Its just my opinion. At 480 even I am scared!

Even i am not expecting that it would go down, but we never know for sure, fingers crossed

At 478 missed the FSW draw due to cutoff date and didn't OINP invite as well, seems like and unlucky number at the moment

Hi Guys, i got Ontario NOI yesterday in FSW.

I am concerned regarding my eligibility based on Work History Criteria.

I have worked in my Primary NOC 2147 from July 2012 - June 2016

Am I eligible to apply as OINP only considers past 5 year work experience with 1 year continous employment?
