hi guys,
I have score of 431, noc is 2173, very slim chances of getting ita through onip
should I think of changing my ee profile and selecting another province .

any suggestions

As I understand from this is that you must clearly show your timeline of the recent 10 years. For example: 2010-2013: studying at University, 2013-2015: working for a company, 2015-2017: studying master degree, 2017-2018: unemployment, 2019-2020: working for another company.
They want to know what you have done during these time.
Where we need to show these timeline? Is there any section where we can update our timelines

This draw has really disheartened me, how many people with CRS 467-471 going to accept the NOI, I really doubt that.
People in the CRS 467-471 will be hoping to get ITA soon under EE. I don't think many will be opting for the OINP.
Having gone through the process myself let me give you some insight. Couple of years back I had 436 when I created profile and the draw was 440. I got oinp but decided will wait. 5-6 more draws happened after the invite but score did not come below 440 even sometimes dates changing on same score. Towards the last week I could submit I realized the province had some idea that the score wouldn't come below a certain range so they issued invites in that range so I ended up paying and applying as I couldn't risk the invite in case scores don't come down just for additional $1000 and that's what exactly happened. People will wait but eventually take that option if scores don't come down.

can anyone please tell me when u get approved for oinp, how much time it takes for oinp certificate to arrive at your mailing address ?
