I have the same timeline. I applied in the thirdweek of January.
I submitted all the information with my application. No acknowledgement or filenumber yet.

I know we have to submit PGWP. I applied for it recently so will send it.

I sent my documents in August, I was asked to send them additional documents in September, and my certificate was sent to me about a week ago.
Does anybody know what percent of PNP certificate holders get their PR from CIC?

congratulations I see you have waited so long.

Did you lodged your application before when O-PNP announced they have reached their target quota last year? Did they ask you for any additional supporting documents or updates?

90 days processing time is very unrealistic then.

I received my certificate today, such a good birthday gift for myself

FYI, I submitted my package late August 2013, was requested some additional info early Sept., and the certificate was issued on March 4. I wasn't home last week so the package was just received today.

Now need to go through the CIC.

They said something like they were working on the delay but I don't think it's useful for me.
It makes me feel so bad because I applied in late July and I have been waiting for 8 months. My patience is going to die out.

I applied under the International Student-pilot PhD graduate stream.

So, you applied before they announce the "over-quota" status last year. I wonder why your case has taken so much time.
11 months ---- OMG it is way more than the "unrealistic 90 days processing time". I just ask myself, does PNP service worth $1500 ?

You know what, Stay positive, don't waste your time in worrying. hopefully it will happen, finally.
if you are not yet employed (I hope you are), try finding a good job, which is very important. the "PR" status will only be good for health insurance and getting rid of immigration papers (visas and permits) hurdles.
