Hi Maryam ,
Wish you the best
but have some questions here please ,

1- what do you mean by 2 receipts (is there any form to fill for paying the fees ?
2- how are you going to send the application by person or coriour ?
3- how did you count the 300 CAD
1 work permit is 150 + 2 TRV (150 for each ) is more than 300 ?
Please correct me if I am wrong and apologize for long questions but so confusing really ,Thanks dear
Dear Hadeel
1- My visa Office (Ankara) accepts Receipt of Turkish banks.
2- Courier because I'm in Iran
3- you don't need to pay extra fee for TRV if you apply for wp, so I payed 150CAD for my WP request and 150CAD for a multiple entry visa for my husband.

That is how I feel is right, hope it helps

Dear Zain
I don't have any idea about further calls to your office but I don't think you need to inform them about changing your company.

Dear vuexperts
I left them empty, because we don't have employee yet , if your form don't validate write N/A in the boxes.
and the columns with yes or no are just for now not long time. so you should check Yes only for your spouse and children.

Dear Hadeel
I got my forms from this Address: Application to Work in Canada: Work Permits
and it has Validate button.

Wish luck for everyone

thank you so much every thing has been cleared in my mind thank you so much...

just the last thing i would like to know for fee payment..

if i am paying my fee as a principal applicant , i would write my name on form that is fine...

there are two other options like

NAME OF PAYER(if other than the principal applicant)
PAYER ADDRESS(if other than the principal applicant)

Leave blank. And you should write your name as you are paying fees and principal applicant.

becoz i am principal applicant so should i write "NOT APPLICABLE" in above questions or should i leave blank?

thank you so much....

Hi Members
Quoted below is wendys post on FB yesterday

</Quote>

Study, Work, Stay: Opportunities Ontario Hi xxxx, No, you only need to apply for your open work permit. This open work permit will allow your spouse to work as well. She does not need to apply for a separate Temporary Resident Visa.

</UnQuote>

That means ??????????????................
We fill the forms and apply only for principal applicants OWP. Just include your spouse/kids passport and leave rest to CIC and hope for the best...
As per above CIC should stamp the TRV in the passport of all family members and issue the OWP under which spouse can work.
Lastly we need to pay only 150 CAD.

Going by above i feel its better to apply for OWP only after we receive the AOR which has the UCI linked to our old application.
There by local CIC get full access to our PR forms and they know better who all are present in the application.

Do we have any better suggestions/comments or Understanding. Make me more confused.

Hi Pradeesh,

Dont be so confused. I would suggest you go ahead and get your application ready for the OWP and TRV. Everyone from India needs a TRV to come to canada. As far as the fee goes, it will be 150$ per application per person. The UCI, if you have one will be the same always, it does not change, if you dont have one then they will issue it to you with your OWP and that will be linked to your PR application. After your application is filed and they issue your OWP, check if it says your spouse can work too (they state all clauses in the OWP or spouse will have a TRV that says 'worker'), incase it does not state that (or her TRV says 'Visitor') then upon landing in Canada, request the immigration officer to issue you a OWP for spouse as well, you need to have 150$ cash in handy at that time. I hope this clarifies your doubt to a large extent. Also here is something I found for you too..

Do I need a Temporary Resident Visa?

If you want to work in Canada, you may require a temporary resident visa.

A temporary resident visa is an official document issued by an officer that is placed in your passport to show that you have met the general requirements for admission to Canada as a temporary resident.

When you arrive at the point of entry in Canada, an officer will make the final determination. 'India is not exempt'

See Appendix A Temporary Resident Visa Exemptions for information on those who are exempt from obtaining a temporary resident visa to visit Canada.

If you submit a work permit application and you require a temporary resident visa, it is not necessary to make a separate application or pay a separate fee; an officer will issue it at the same time as the documentation necessary for your entry to Canada as a worker.

OWP, process is same as the work permit process, so I believe you can simply process it with VFS.

Please clarify
