Dear one more thing
did the employer check your work permit paper which issued at the airport in which mentioned your job bounded/restriction ......... or just employer see your passport ( as there is mentioned " the visa is worker ") and he settled job.
if employer check the documents , whether he see at the first step when you appear for interview/ test or at the last step when he offered you job.
thanks for your supportive comments
please guide me also in this regard
Thanks
Yes during hiring process (after selected by Hiring Manage and when finalizing salary, terms etc.), then HR person asked about my status in Canada then I have told them about Open work Permit. As per their rules they don’t hire people on work permit, so I again told that I have been selected under FSW programme, where I have got Open Work permit while PR is in progress, balalalalalal.
They took copy of my permit and then consult with their legal team (during this period I was very much worried), but by the grace of God, after their review they allowed me to work for them.
I will recommend not to tell by yourself about your status until they asked
, ofcourse you have to tell at the end, but what I mean they shouldn’t reject at the first place (without having interview).
Again different companies may have their different processes.
There are many other people in this forum, they may also tell their experiences.
Best of Luck!!!!!
