I am new to this forum.My file is transferred from buffalo to new york on 5th Jan 2011. And I am waiting for reply from new york office.My wife is pregnant now should I inform about this to new york office or should I not?Can anyone help me?

Congratulations, I am glad you finally got it. You have certainly helped many here. If I was the visa issuer, I would have given it to those on this forum first who have been active and helping others out, not like myself who simply read it for almost a year before joining it.
