We were unable to do complete medicals as my wife was pregnant in 2010. Now that we have had a baby, I communicated the change of status to New York (as my file was transferred from Buffalo to NYC early this year).
I received an email from NYC requesting the following documents and have queries on some of them -
1. Passport size pictures for the baby - Does this have to be the same as ones I sent earlier 35 x 45 mm or the regular 2 x 2 in?
2. Final examination result for the mother is requested. - Where do I request the doctor to send it? Ottawa or NYC?
3. Do I need to wait for documentation before doing the baby's medicals?
Finally, they have requested this documentation along with passport and birth certificate copy in 60 days. As you might be aware, I can only apply for the passport after receiving the birth certificate and each is currently taking 4 - 6 weeks for processing. Any advice on how to get an extension?
If someone with similar experience can advice, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

The answer to these questions will determine if you can refer to the FSW medicals.

My wife completed her medical except X-ray in July 2010. After we had the baby(last week of Oct) , she went and did her X-ray(Nov 2010 before the reception of any letter from Buffalo), the Dr. sent it to Ottawa. We wrote to Buffalo, stating we did X-ray and send the baby's docs with the letter by 2nd/3rd week of Nov. We received his medical request in the first week of Dec.maverick2305 said:We were unable to do complete medicals as my wife was pregnant in 2010.
