Anybody who got ppr from buffalo, had expired fbi & pcc?

Advice to people who has not yet applied to CIC: Do not apply with PCC and FBI. Send it when u get AOR. That is the smartest thing to do.

Anybody landed recently through Niagra with the following:

- In your own car (were you asked to import cars at canadian side)
- Subject to NSEERs (which bridge did you use Rainbow or Peace would be good if you can share th location).
- Using AVR while coming back any complications on I/O asking what was the purpose of your trip as I have my I-140 approved but have not filed 485 yet.

Please advice how long FBI Certs are valid for. Let say I received on 1st March 2010 when VO will consider that it is expired.
I believe most of us will end up with FBI certs expired.

Same problem here. I m in the process of reapplying for FBI clearence. I am now officially frustrated.

I am seeing "Medicals recieved" status change. Hopefully I might get PPR soon. My application process start date is Aug 6th.

I dont think its a smart way coz your file wont be a complete file. In most cases the processing completes before FBI expiry and in worst case we need to be ready with second set to use them in right time when CIC requests with wasting time.

Yes, I got a letter asking for police certificates (see my time ine)
