I have noticed a thing here in getting the PPR, especially in NY office. Irrespective of when your file was transferred, the issue of PPRs are done according to the date of filing the initial application to buffalo.
Example, X and Y applied on Mar and Apr 2010 respectively and X got file transfer in Feb 2011 and Y got file transfer way back in Nov 2010. Early file transfer only implies that the background check was done quickly.
So in theory, Y could have waited months to get the PPR whereas X can get it quickly. So X will get the PPR first and then Y. Thats the queue. Not the queue of date of file transfer.
So chill and do not expect anything until people who applied before than you get their PPRs.
