My file was transferred to NY office: I have the following queries:

Did anybody send RRPF fees to NY office (requested or not).

If you do , can you please provide me the details like address .etc..

Can you please let me know , what is the process to change the address on the file?..

Thanks and Regards,

Hey Guys whose files are in NY:

I have noticed a thing here in getting the PPR, especially in NY office. Irrespective of when your file was transferred, the issue of PPRs are done according to the date of filing the initial application to buffalo.

Example, X and Y applied on Mar and Apr 2010 respectively and X got file transfer in Feb 2011 and Y got file transfer way back in Nov 2010. Early file transfer only implies that the background check was done quickly.

So in theory, Y could have waited months to get the PPR whereas X can get it quickly. So X will get the PPR first and then Y. Thats the queue. Not the queue of date of file transfer.

So chill and do not expect anything until people who applied before than you get their PPRs.

Dear

But it is a long time we did not heard any one to get PPR from NYC on this forum.

Your file transfer in Dec 2010. Is that correct?.
What is your e-cas status shows?

Yup you are right! My e-cas shows:

"We started processing your application on July 15, 2010.

We transferred your application to the New York office on December 14, 2010. The New York office may contact you.

Medical results have been received."
