May I ask again, how much is the proof of funds for approved AINP? does it differs from Federal skilled applicants?

I dont think AINP specifically states how much. For Federal skilled workers its $10 k for the principal applicant. Its probably best to go with the same guidelines.

There is no proof of funds for AINP, you just declare the amount of money you are carrying with you (if above 10K) when you do your landing...

I just received communication: My file is transferred to LA Consulate. This is the 1st communication received after medical.
Not sure if this will expadite or delay.

I did send an email inquiry early december 2010, inreply received a general auto resposne. This time it happened on its own- did not send any new inquiry.

Give yourself 3 months of time after your file is transferred to NEW YORK Consulate.

In my case, My file was transferred on OCT 26, 2010 and I got a RPRF request (by email) after 4 weeks. I am still waiting to receive Passport Request and I am hoping to receive it before JAN 26, 2011 ( 3 months time after the file was transferred).

I had sent buffalo a case specific inquiry about my case sometime around christmas, i got reply :

Dear Sir/madam:

In order to expedite the processing of your applicatio, your file has been sent to :

Canadian Consulate general
Their Address

i was expecting that now buffalo will not do file transfers anymore and send PPR directly. I don't know file transer would delay or really expedite the process.

Anyways this is the latest news from me.

Any one else who got transfer and then PPR from NY, how long it should take from now?
Also how do they send request for PPR, Email Or regular mail?

Any input will be highly appreciated.
