Fedex 2nd day express. I have a fedex account. So just filled in the return shipping label with my fedex account info and my address.

Lettuce, our time line is nearly identical. I emailed Buffalo in December for status and they totally ignored me and didn't answer back! No IA, no request for the RPF, nothing!

I'm hoping it's coming in Feb/March at the very latest!

vBomb, Did you send your medicals on 17 Aug or 17 Sep? Your timeline says your medicals were requested on 1 Sep.

I noticed you mentioned the following in ur signature:
Add' docs requested Sept 7 '10
Add' docs sent Sept 22 '10

Can you please advice what dosc they requested from you.

I did not get any request/info from CIC after the completion of meds.

I had sent buffalo a case specific inquiry about my case sometime around christmas, i got reply :

Dear Sir/madam:

In order to expedite the processing of your applicatio, your file has been sent to :

Canadian Consulate general
Their Address

i was expecting that now buffalo will not do file transfers anymore and send PPR directly. I don't know file transer would delay or really expedite the process.

Anyways this is the latest news from me.

Any one else who got transfer and then PPR from NY, how long it should take from now?
Also how do they send request for PPR, Email Or regular mail?

Any input will be highly appreciated.

I think New York sends ppr by regular mail.

Question - Is this your first communication from CIC after your medicals? Some of us received a letter stating that no other additional docs were required. Did you get this letter as well?

I just received communication: My file is transferred to LA Consulate. This is the 1st communication received after medical.
Not sure if this will expadite or delay.

for your reference, our file was transferred to LA in October 26, got PPR on December 17. It took 7 weeks to get PPR.

May I ask again, how much is the proof of funds for approved AINP? does it differs from Federal skilled applicants?
