Online Citizenship Test Email Invitation

In my Canadian Citizenship Application Tracker Account there is a notification that I have been invited to take the online Citizenship test between October 25-Nov 14 and that I will receive an invitation. It is October 20 and I have not yet received the email to invite me to take the online citizenship test. When does that email usually arrive before the online testing window? I have checked my Spam and Junk folders and my email address is correct in my account. Any help is apprciated.

I have the same issue. My test window is 10/22 - 11/11 (begins tomorrow) and I still haven’t received the email. I am not sure if there is a way to contact them.

I called IRCC at 888-242-2100 and the representative told me that an email invitation should arrive no later than Noon on the day my test window begins. You could contact them to confirm. If you don't mind, please reply and let me know if you indeed do receive the invitation.

I tried calling their number but I am in the US now and it didn't let me through. HOWEVER, I just received the test invitation email :)

I think it just takes time for their system to send out the invites.

I will be taking the test from outside Canada. I need to respond to the email to let them know.

Hi, did you get any directives yet ? as per writing your test outside Canada ?
