Not yet, and you? What I know is that they are giving the decision to those who apply on December 15–22. I think my one will be next. I apply on December 26th.
I applied December 1st and still "En traitement". I know somebody from November still waiting too.

I know somebody who applied at the end of September (2023) and received it at the beginning of January (2024)…

By the way, I was wondering: I just got a new passport, and my request is still "en attente de traitement." Should I upload the new passport, or is it not necessary? Thanks!

I think it's not a problem, but I think it would be helpful to mention it in the application for PR (I mean during the federal stage).

Everything is going to work out, no worries.
which visa expired? Is it why you’re in your home country?

I had an open working permit! I went back to my country on vacation, hoping that by the end of this month (July) I’ll get either the CSQ or a Young Professionals (I haven’t been selected yet…)

Let me know how it goes. I haven’t heard anything yet either. Submitted CSQ application on Jan 9th, almost 6 months

I finally heard from MIFI. They sent me a list of docs to submit, including 'Work Attestation' up to date (30 days) plus latest pay checks plus official TCF results plus revenu quebec 2023, and a few other docs. I no longer hold a job in Quebec (PGWP is expired) therefore I won't be able to provide 'Work Attestation' and the pay-checks. What would be the solution to this, if any? Will a lawyer be able to help me in any way? Thank you.

I think if you held a job at the moment of your application that’s enough (if you also have 2 years of relevant work experience)

Pour être admissible, vous devez aussi occuper un emploi qui répond à ces critères au moment où vous présentez votre demande et pendant au moins 24 des 36 mois qui précèdent la présentation de votre demande. (https://www.quebec.ca/immigration/p...conditions-selection/travailleurs-temporaires)

Maybe you could explain it in a letter. However, consulting a lawyer might not be a bad idea.

Thanks for your response. Why are they asking me for Work Attestation with less than 30 days’ validity then? Also latest pay-checks?

That’s a good question. I don’t know. But I also had to do this (though I was still employed unlike you)

A friend of mine told me that they say we need to hold a job at the moment of the application however until they finalize it our application is still being processed meaning I would have to have a job throughout the entire time, until final decision. It does make sense to me, unfortunately.
