Happy you received your document, when did you apply and how long it took for you to receive it? Also did you went to Canada post to get it or they delivered at your house ?

They deliver it at home today I received it .I applied 4 months before .

US you need a visa. Europe can mean many countries. Germany allows you to travel visa free for example. Many other Schengen countries require a visa to travel. You can contact the embassy in Canada for each country to ask if travel is possible on an RTD and whether it requires a visa. Visas are usually required in advance and not on arrival.
