Hey Everybody,
I did not see this being discussed anywhere on this forum but I am really concerned about my reference letters. I have been employed by 3 different companies in the past 2 years: October 2012 to August 2013 , November 2013 to May 2014 and June 2014 till now in the third company. My letter of reference from all three companies is complete in terms of Start work date, salary, hours, job description, etc but the problem is that their issue date is before the termination of the position. For example the letter of reference for the first job is for June 02, 2013.
I was wondering if anybody was in the same situation? Does CIC require the reference letter to be issued after I was terminated to cover the whole employment period or is it OK otherwise.
I would appreciate if anybody could share their experience.
Cheers
