Did you send the extra documents they wanted in July or August? If so you're probably nearing the end of your wait by now. Did you apply inland? this is a seriously long wait, geez!

I SENT IT EVERYTHING THEY ASK FOR IT .THEY ASK ME TO SEND ARC FEES RPRF FEES AND ARC LETTER WHICH I DID 6 MONTH AGO.LAST WEEK I RECEIVE GCMS NOTES ITS SAID EVERYTHING THEY GO IT ON TIME.I AM CONFUSED.

I am sponsoring my wife from Kenya to Canada and here is my Ecas status;

We received application to sponsor ... on 13 Aug 2014
We start processing your application on January 16,2014
Decision made on your application.

Sponsored person;

We receive your application for permanent resident on 13 Aug 2014
Medical received
October 1,2015 In process. The third line displayed we started processing ...Application January 28,2015.

Two days later my spouse received a letter from Visa office in Nairobi to submit additional information on our relationship and she has been given 60 days if not this could result in denial of her visa application. we asked the visa office two more months to submit hose additional information and they replied they accept until January 16,2016.

January 5,2016 we submitted additional information. on January 20,2016 I received an email from the VO that the file is with an immigration officer for review. January 26,2016 I informed the VO that my wife got a police certificate since the old one expired and how can we send it ,email or post? On February 2,2016 I got an email from VO that i should submit an original doc via courier service provider of my choice. on February 3,2016 My wife sent that doc via DHL and delivered on Feb 4.

My question is does this means every thing is well or not?does an interview still required? i am frustrated and don't really know what will be next. Kindly assist me on you experience. thanks.

Even the wait times changed for everybody, do you remember how many months were for Kenya
to give an answer, just have a litle bit more patient and i know its hard, but just let then work on
in, did you summit a lot of aditional Information of your Relatioship when they requested??
couze if you sent lots of good proff of a genuine relationship should depends of the officer
if theres interview or not.Good luck

Check in your notes in Medical section it will say if you passed Medical.but since your application was submitted recently I do not advise you to order your not right now since you might see nothing almost. Unless you are from Visas that usually use to take 6 -8 months to be processed. Or something like that.
So medical received does not means that you passed medical, but in many cases people passes medical easily if their health situation is good.

Please I need little explanation here, i put in an application for wife since july 015, i received a letter few weeks after stating that her file has been moved to overseas that i meet up the eligibility . I only have 3 line but has no mention of "Medical received" , the following is all i have there. I need to know if this is normal as it seems to me that most people have this Medical received on theirs

I think you should get in touch with the, couze as clear they sayd that they sent you correspondence acknowledging
receipt of your application, How do you know it is in missisauga? you should get in tocuh with then to see if they have sent
you the File tranfer letter and let then know that you havent get it. Good luck
