Now it makes sense why they are taking time to schedule your interview. Canada sees that you did not value your first PR when it was granted to you first time. Canada believes that you did not follow the PR law or regulations that is why CPC-M made a negative recommendation on you to your visa office.Hasan9999 said:I really appreciate your quick response. Thank you. Here is the story in short:
I lost my PR as my physical presence in Canada was less than 730 days on a given 5 year period as per rule. My IAD appeal dismissed in mid March, 2013 and I left Canada well within time limit. I got official "certificate of departure" which proves that I left Canada within allowed time frame. I had no criminal record whatsoever and got clean police report both from Canada and Bangladesh. Same with my wife having absolutely no criminal record. We have been happily married for last 23 years with one son and daughter, both are adult Canadian citizens. So far I have received 3 GCMS notes. The first one said eligibility passed. The second one mentioned that there was some allegation received by Mississauga office (it was a really big surprise for me!). But the third one did'nt mention anything about that allegation. Now I am waiting for the 4th GCMS note. What do you think?
They are fully aware that your relationship is genuine, however they are not happy the fact that you broke the Law by staying outside of the country for a very long time. Canada knows that some people wants to get the Canadian Citizenship then return to their countries of origins which they don't like. They want everyone they give document to contribute to their economy by staying and working in Canada.
They might take a bit long to schedule you for that interview. In the end you will receive your PR again. I am sure they checked your history in Canada, if you used to work or collecting welfare which could look bad on your file. I wanted to have a frank talk with you. As I wrap up, I stand by you and with you until you get your PR again and reunite with your family. Once they issue your visa, please never travel outside of Canada until you get your citizenship.
