We have been talking over and over regarding GCMS Notes. Do you know who generate these notes, and does officer in charge of sponsorship at VO, will be notified of these notes or not ...

GCMS are being generated by CIC Ottawa. VO will be able to see that the applicant requested his/her GCMS.

There is no 4th line, however, the status has changed to Decision Made.

Your timeline looks mature and deserve a DM, the fourth line might come this coming week, stating that the office will contact you in writing regards the decision. So congratulation!!! and wait for the letter to come.

Application Received: April 13th 2015
Started processing: June 15th 2015
Medical received
Sent correspondence requesting updated background declaration form, Jamaican pc and RPRF. Sep 7th 2015
Medical Expired 19.Oct.2015
And they gave me 60 days to send requested docs so the before date is Nov 7.
My question is do you think I passed eligibility and what are your views on my case . The visa office is Kingston Jamaica. Thank you.

It is black and white that you passed already Eligibility that is why they even requested RPFR. So in few months you will get your visa. Remember eagle333 is not an immigration officer and can be wrong but I have solid proofs based on what I have come across your file is warm and dry (meaning very good and ready for final approval) Congratulations!!!

hello eagle as ypu know about my case i am working in dubai uae i want to go pakistan for 20 days leave. so my case is in process from 4th aug. so if i go then police certifiacte is must when i retrun from pakistan. and if my ecas change to dm during pakistan stay and if same inprocess then i have to inform to cic throw email. kindly guide me what stips i have to do if i go for 20 days during my process tahnks eagle in advance.

Hi medopharm,

I am sorry I did not see your question at all.

Your file is part of the new processing program although the receiving was before June, if they have not requested additional documents yet you don't need to worry. If I can throw my guess right now, your file is under initial Review which means that they are checking your eligibility against all the supporting documents you sent. It all depend with the speed of the officer who is working on your file. Then when the officer complete the initial review with success he or she put RECOMMEND PASS then put your file again in queue for final review by a big boss. VO never want to disclose which kind of review is that, however GCMS will explain what kind of review the officer was talking about. GCMS usually take 30 days from the day you submit your request, it could also go beyond 30 days but most people get them within 30-32 days.

Oh my friend ahmedwaqas,

You don't need to tell CIC that you are going to Pakistan for 20 days. You can go there but what I will advise you is just stay out of trouble lolll. You can only produce PCC if you stay in a country 6 months and beyond. I think, I got your questions right. I'd like to take this opportunity to whish you safe trip to Pakistan.
