cn u clear m'y doubt regarding adress..wen i check m'y ecas status..the address which shows both mailing and current home adress Is of Our lawyer in india.In m'y gcms notes ..the business type address again Is of Our lawyer.Is it ok or create any problèm for us during background by new Delhi visa office

I guess thats because you have indicated your lawyer as your representative. If thats the case, there is no problem, all is well... But if u want to change that, you might need to write CiC

i dont want to change That adresses...bt m'y question Is That during background check ....which adress Is check by embassy people...the adress in other document like on marriage certificats ,passport etc OR they check the adress which Is dis Play on file

As you know after my ARC approve CHC send me PPR and i was waiting for visa and its more then month.Usually issuing visa time is three to 4 weeks,so i sent a email to CHC Islamabad the reply me back and said'''' Your application is currently in process and medical examination results are awaited for further processing. ''''' After i saw this email make me so angry i can't explain how much i was upset.My re medical was done November ia10,2015.What do you think there is some misunderstanding in visa department or two different VO looking my file ?I know PPR is last step .My last GCMS note you saw it my medical was done NOV 10 ,now i am confused whats going on?

Like Tolexmi said, you have full right to change your address on eCas then notify CIC in an email your lawyer has nothing to say.

CIC also know your address since you must have written it somewhere in the application. Don't worry for that.

Hello Jimmy,

Sorry to hear that, you can always send them your receipt of your last medical to hear what they will say. There could be a misunderstanding for sure. Your medicals need to be traced with the serial number on the form issued by your doctor.

They will verify yours not the lawyer because you are the applicant and not him or her.

Hello Firstlady,

Your question on medicals is simple but complex at the same time. Honestly I like your question since it will help other people too. On one hand, I would say wait until CIC contacts you, they might extend your medical then your application will be ready for final decision selection.

on the other, you might redo your medical if you feel your inside telling to do so because if you wait until CIC contacts you will have to wait 6-8 weeks until results are sent to the embassy then wait again for 2-4 weeks for a decision to be made on your application. When they request to redo medical people wait for at least 6-8 weeks around there.

It means
1. SA is done but eCas not updated because recently sponsor side doesn't change to DM until d entire process is completed.
2. Applicant side changes to In Process, means ur file is now with your VO
