If OINP puts new criteria such as connections to Ontario, relatives, job offer etc, do you guys think it will be still fair to call it "Human Capital Priorities Stream"? They can give it any other name, but wish OINP just don't call it "Human Capital Priorities". Already the FSW outland candidates have been disadvantaged big time by all the recent changes. FSWs, once the biggest stream, may now only qualify for an ITA if they have exceptionally high scores (very rare) or go through PNPs in which case they cease to be FSWs. OINP Human Capital is the last resort for many of these candidates. What's the pint in having FSW outlands if new criteria like the above keeps coming? It seems Canada doesn't need people who do not have Canadian education, experience, relatives etc.
