Govt. can do nothing about direct ITAs preferring to settle in ON or BC.

But people with lesser score do fill up other provinces right. It's not like nobody takes them. If you notice, SINP just fills out in no time when they open for limited slots. NB is more restrictive with information session thing and they did close the open stream possibly due to demand exceeding supply. No clue with NS, but with current scenario people would definitely be ready to take that too.

i think NB will eliminate this immigration session requirement, i mean idk how they plan to attract skilled workers with such rules. The govt can control the quota given to each pnp they are favoring now SK and MB. i mean these provinces have a lot of streams and im sure these pnps will continue to improve. But i think they will favor atlantic canada in 2017. I just hope ontario,alberta and bc dont make it for difficult for skilled workers without job offer. Cheers.
