Sir,
The last time I received an ITA, I received a message immediately after the draw is made. To be precise at around 8 PM Indian time on the days of draw(23Mar16 and 06Apr16).

With me it took several hours... Don't worry, it's coming!

Thanks tonn mate...Just checked my profile and noticed that I have already received the ITA.

I haven't received mne as well but already got ITA. Let's wait for it, I'm sure its on its way.

You do understand that in between New Year was happening, which does delay sending out mails. Give it up to 4 weeks to receive hard copy of that nomination.

It took less than a week to get to me. You should get it very soon. So don't worry.

Guys, I just saw OINP website. Does anyone can confirm if the 2017 allocation is already available? Is this the quota they received nov/2016? Or this means OINP will have to wait for more quota?

Guys I need some help please..

I have received a procedural fairness letter request, where I'm supposed to submit proof of my CEC ELIGIBILITY. I have previously submitted all my contracts, LOE, last three months paystubs, I don't know what else I could provide them with.

Please please let me know if anyone has any more information.

Thanks ,

Aisha

Very sorry to hear this...

Basically you need to argue that you meet these requirements:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/cec/apply-who.asp

So do you have at least 1,560 hours of work in skilled NOC (0, A or B)? If so, did you obtain them legally (approved WP)?

And do you have at least a Bacholers equivalent degree

And do you have at least Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 7 for NOC 0 or A jobs OR Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 5 for NOC B jobs?

If so draft a response that will prove you have all the above and that should be enough! Usually they complain about the amount of time you've worked, but since yours is more generic focus your reply on all sections carefully showing them how you meet all the above criteria!

Good luck!

Are we meant to receive a OINP Nomination Certificate in the mail?
Has anyone Outland received this?
TIA ;)
