Guys!!!! Surprisingly an hour ago, I got a NLA email that my profile is no longer available for nomination and that I have a positive decision. I immediately responded by sending them my new profile info and within 30 minutes I got the NOMINATION!!!

This is is refreshing and reassuring.

Thanks to you all for your help, even if you didn't know it ;D. I AM SO ELATED!!!!

Seems your CRS is 465 and even you are supposed to receive an ITA by now. Are you too waiting for the message in your CiC account?
I am still worried.Fingers crossed until I receive the message in my CiC inbox.

The last time I received an ITA, I received a message immediately after the draw is made. To be precise at around 8 PM Indian time on the days of draw(23Mar16 and 06Apr16).

It has to be in your name. At best you can get it transferred to your account and get an affidavit that it is a gift, but they wont accept it if it isn't in your name.

Ideally it should be in your account and maintained above the minimum level for six months..

The Software scans and allots the invitations accordingly. The scanning is done for a period of 12 hours or more. Read the instructions in the round of invitation - it says the start date, time to finish date and time.

Congrats.....you can start preparing for e-APR. No need to inform OINP and wait to receive nomination since you have already waited for so long. It's still upto you whether you want to inform them about ITA or not.
