I don't think its today. Actually, my consultant told me that today. I must have got it earlier i guess. I will update you once I check my mail after work.

Is there any group for Jan OINP people who got nominated so that I can follow next steps?

+1 for you!!! I can't thank you enough for the idea of proactively sending the documents!

you know what! I sent the documents proactively on 23rd night(IST) as you suggested. And today morning my consultant called me and told i am NOMINATED!!! I am super excited!!! :) :) :) Thanks a lot!

I sent 6 months account statements, 12 months payslips, proof of fund updated letter from bank, salary revision and incentive letter, FD receipt. I actually planned to send latest IT return also, but i forgot :)

Thats a really good news, congratulations. Surprised by the fact that they are working on holidays. What date have you.received your nomination?

Good luck with the PR process

Sending by courier is not really required. You can just fax/Email them!

Thanks uzumaki. I did submit only the bank statement for last 6 months. Will send them again tomorrow morning by email and DHL.

It looks like multiple applicants are receiving emails regarding re-submission of documents.

I suggest copying ontarionominee@ontario.ca in all the mail communications with ontario i.e; expressentry@ontario.ca.

Reason: When we call OINP, person has access to ontarionominee@ontario.ca and they would fwd the same to right person directly.

Note: Do not ever send zip files and person who handle calls do not have zip software is what they say.

Approximately 6 months

6 months for express entry or paper-based also?

If I applied through international student with a job offer, I wouldn't be able to apply for pr through express entry right? I don't have 1 year work experience yet

1 year work experience in the last 5 years is a prerequisite to be eligible to get in the Express Entry pool. Have a look at this thread:

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/international-students-on-pgwp-applying-under-express-entry-lets-communicate-t266901.0.html

Also check below for the PNP route for your case:

For paper based applications (durations etc.) check this thread:

Pls whats the way forward.

The medical and PCC should be for me and my wife right? Will my 19month old son require any of these?
