Hello everyone,
I am B. Tech (IT) with 410 points. To increase my points, i wanted to do executive MBA. Can anybody suggest University in India which gives this course completed in one year? Will I, then, be eligible for the Masters category in my EE profile?

Please suggest......

An Executive MBA should be considered as a Masters. However, ensure the University is accredited. The WES website give you some insight into Universities etc.

I got additional documents request some minutes back. They are asking for the following:

3. Latest pay slips (2 years - date)
4. Intention to reside in Ontario

5. ECA verification from ICAS. Here is my question. I had my ECA done by ICAS, does anyone know how to get ECA verification done from ICAS? All I have been seeing on this forum is WES.

Hi guys,

I got additional documents request some minutes back. They are asking for the following:

1. Updated POF - it looks like most of them are receiving similar add. doc request, as most of our documents submitted are old now and they will require updated onces. It's Normal. Provide updated ones!
2. Latest Bank statement
3. Latest pay slips (2 years - date)
4. Intention to reside in Ontario

5. ECA verification from ICAS. Here is my question. I had my ECA done by ICAS, does anyone know how to get ECA verification done from ICAS? All I have been seeing on this forum is WES. - Did you authorize ICAS to provide e-access of report to Ontario ? This is required as per January 2016 notification by OINP. If you are in doubt send a reply mail to OINP to confirm, they should normally respond to these mails, immediately.

Hi Guys,
Woke up to find additional docs request, one of the requested info is "Job search efforts/job search log indicating dates, employer names, positions and any employer responses, including potential job offers in Ontario." I'm an Fsw applicant so After a few months for this year I stopped searching jobs as i got busy with work and most of the things I read in the forums is that it's rare they entertain outland applicants without a pr. How am I going to submit this document?

Additional Docs Request Call + Email

I got a call at 9.50 am EST. Asked some questions to confirm my identity. Then asked me to submit the following.

• Latest 6 months bank statements
• Authorize WES

For the first one, I explained the situation in India and told her I may not be able to get the statements stamped and signed. She said she she is aware of the situation and I have 15 days of time so I can submit after a few days too.

For the second, I told her I have already done that right after my application was delivered. She put me on hold for some time and told me she cannot find it. I told her I can send her WES receipt as well as the email acknowledgment I received from OINP.

After that, since I could not obtain a reference letter from my previous employer, she asked me my roles and responsibilities and noted them down. Asked further questions to understand the software jargon I used. I also mentioned that I managed to obtain reference letter.

At the end, allowed me to ask questions. She answered that within a week of receiving my additional documents, she will forward my application to decision officer and that she does not know how long that officer would take to nominate me. She also answered that their office understands that we have been waiting too long and are targeting to complete all applications by the end of the year however, she cannot guarantee this too.

At 4.45 pm EST, I got the email. The following are requested.

• Previous employer's reference later
• POF and Bank statements from Jun 2016 to Nov 2016
• Authorize WES

Can someone point me to the employee directory?

Wow congratulations! Get online statements printed and go to the bank they will stamp it. Even I thought they wouldn't entertain but they are bound to do this. Contact WES to check what the issue is.

They are planning to complete all applications by year end give me hope

GUyz i have a question.

Do everyone who send additional doc request get an acknowledgment saying your docs has been added to the file or it is only for some.

Because i can see quite a few people got an ack but i did not get one . Im sorta worried about this.

Also i send them email with my new express entry and a new job that im recently working with and no acknowledgement , tried calling them a few times but i couldnt reach them

Additional docs request received on 15 November (payslips, bank statements, assets).

Sent on 25 November. Took time as I needed to translate some of the documents from Arabic to English.

Got confirmation that they've received documents - same day (25 November).

Hoping that was the last round of requests before going to decision phase! Fingers crossed

I just received an email asking for additional docs.

"Please submit the below information/documents as soon as possible.

Your most recent bank assessment/statements showing all assets for the last twelve months (and show payroll deposits from xxx Company):
Please note that all bank statements should detail the account holder name, account number and account balance; and,
Funds must be unencumbered, readily transferable in a convertible currency, and supported by bank statements.
Pay stubs from the past twelve months

You will be allowed 15 calendar days from the date of this correspondence to provide the above documentation and/or information in support of your application.

Should the program not receive a response to this request within 15 calendar days, your application will be assessed against the information and documentation received to date.

I have got additional doc request today. I was asked to authorize WES to share the report to oinp but I have done my ECA with ICAS. What shall I do in this regard.

What is your NOC? I have seen that they normally ask job search proof for occupations in which jobs are difficult to find in Canada.

Further to your application to Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, please provide the following information / documentation:

- Copies of your Bachelor degrees’ transcripts for the studies that you completed outside Canada;
- Copies of all the payslips that you received from your employers XXXXXX during the entire period of your employment with them (all payslips for each pay period);
- Copies of the bank statements that show your income from employment for the entire period of your work with XXXXXXX. Please highlight the amounts that you received from employment before you scan them;
