I emailed Ontario about my new EE profile about a month ago but so far I have not received any feedback & I tried calling them for the past 3 days but no one is answering / ..... what CAN Can I do now ? Any advice ? I am a Jan 4th applicant.

Which email you sent, if you sent to ExpressEntry@ontario.ca then send to Ontarionominee@ontario.ca as well...and keep on calling non stop especially towards the early part of the day Canada EST time...as they will pickup after 10-15 calls...I spoke to the guys twice in last week

GUyz i have a question.

Do everyone who send additional doc request get an acknowledgment saying your docs has been added to the file or it is only for some.

Because i can see quite a few people got an ack but i did not get one . Im sorta worried about this.

Also i send them email with my new express entry and a new job that im recently working with and no acknowledgement , tried calling them a few times but i couldnt reach them

They should've send confirmation email. I received additional document request on Nov 2nd, forwarded documents on Nov 6th. Did not receive any confirmation, so i forwarded again on Nov10th. But still it was same(no confirmation)

I sent an email to ontarionominee and Expressentry on Nov 22nd to confirm if they received my documents.
So, i got prompt reply that they did not receive anything. I explained that i sent multiple times and a lady called me and asked to re-send it and asked to send a proof of email i forwarded because 15 days period is passed.

So i forwarded docx again with the proofs and she confirmed in email that now she received all the documents and they will work on my application.


So i would recommend YOU to send them an email with details and hopefully they will reply.

I called them up next day of sending my documents in an email. The lady on phone checked with investigator analyst and confirmed that docs were received.

I got a call at 9.50 am EST. Asked some questions to confirm my identity. Then asked me to submit the following.

• Latest 6 months bank statements
• Authorize WES

For the first one, I explained the situation in India and told her I may not be able to get the statements stamped and signed. She said she she is aware of the situation and I have 15 days of time so I can submit after a few days too.

For the second, I told her I have already done that right after my application was delivered. She put me on hold for some time and told me she cannot find it. I told her I can send her WES receipt as well as the email acknowledgment I received from OINP.

After that, since I could not obtain a reference letter from my previous employer, she asked me my roles and responsibilities and noted them down. Asked further questions to understand the software jargon I used. I also mentioned that I managed to obtain reference letter.

At the end, allowed me to ask questions. She answered that within a week of receiving my additional documents, she will forward my application to decision officer and that she does not know how long that officer would take to nominate me. She also answered that their office understands that we have been waiting too long and are targeting to complete all applications by the end of the year however, she cannot guarantee this too.

At 4.45 pm EST, I got the email. The following are requested.

• Previous employer's reference later
• POF and Bank statements from Jun 2016 to Nov 2016
• Authorize WES

I did not travel yet. I wanted them to look into my file, so sent them an update.

No auto reply. You should receive an acknowledgement email. It might take 1-2 days. It is better if you call them to check

Got an additional docs request too..

Everything else is the same as everyone else got, but they asked me to authorize WES to share my eca. I did that months ago already.. So i guess i just send them a copy of the receipt from WES?

Got a mail from OINP stating that for ECA done from ICAS, we need to send PDF version of the report.
Better to drop email / call them , in case anyone has the same issue.
