I have been asked today to provide a settlement plan by ircc establishing intent to live in my province of nomination - Ontario (PNP Outland). I applied for PR from US on Dec 25. They have given 7 days to provide them the information. I would like to know at what stage does they ask for one?

Yes. Medical hasn't passed yet. AOR: Dec 28, 2016. We had a newborn this January and his medical was done March 1st in US. My email to CPC got me a reply from them on March 6 that my application is still at cio for intake.

I have 600 points added towards my express entry profile with now at CRS at 1018. It took roughly 22 hours after accepting nomination from OINP. I haven't got ITA as I might have missed it by around 3-5 hours.

I have never lived in Canada yet. I live in the US. Neither me or my current employer received any phone calls from oinp. I have family ties in Canada and my cousins come over to meet me frequently from Canada. Maybe that was a sure thing.

I called them up next day of sending my documents in an email. The lady on phone checked with investigator analyst and confirmed that docs were received.

I just spoke to an operator (got through in 2nd try) and find out that my file is still under investigation with an Investigation Analyst. File received: Jan 15, 2016

I was able to get through to an operator on phone and prompted them for an AOR that I now have. My file number is XHSW-1603***. However there is no initials for a case officer there.
