Case officer's initials are always at the end of the file number For instance file number is XHEC1234- (MAM) So case officer's initials will be MAM. :D ;D

Dr. Kanda our case officer is the same. (MAM) We share almost same timeline, some days here & there. And i am pretty sure that lady who called you and I is the one working on our Application. So, just curious did you hear anything after submitting ADR??? Any answer will be appreciated :)
