Hi Seniors,
Need help as i got a call from OINP today inquiring about my job duties.
After sometime of call, i got this email from OINP requirement
Dear ,
The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program is currently assessing your application and require additional information.
1)To be eligible under the Canadian Experience Class OINP requires that you have a minimum of one year of cumulative and full-time employment (1560 hours or more) or an equal amount in part-time paid work experience in a NOC 0, A, or B occupation in Canada in the past three years from the date of the PT Notification of Interest from OINP. In order to verify your work experience additional information is required. Please provide:
- T4 Statement of Remuneration for the 2015 tax year
- Any other relevant information in support of your work experience such as performance evaluation reports, reference letters or emails discussing assignments relevant to duties that substantiates your experience as an Application Developer and Software Developer
2 )OINP requires that you have access to sufficient funds supported by bank statements (that are unencumbered and readily transferable in a convertible currency) to cover settlement costs in Ontario, as set by Statistics Canada (LICO), see link for details cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/funds. The bank statements must include your name, account number, transit and institution number, account balance and currency. Please provide:
- Copies of your recent bank statements from the past six months
3. ) Personal funds explanatory letter and supporting documents (e.g., remittance form, letter of support, overseas bank statements of parent(s)) for your settlement funds in Ontario for large deposit in your account on October 28, 2015.
Note: A single applicant must demonstrate access to at least $11,931 CAD based on the 2015 LICO in readily transferable, unencumbered funds. OINP will also consider any income you will receive over the next 12 months from regular, confirmed ongoing employment in Ontario towards the funds requirement. (Please be advised that you must also meet the 2016 LICO requirements at the permanent residency processing stage. Further details for the 2016 LICO requirements can be found on the IRCC website.)
4. ) OINP requires that you have the intention to reside in Ontario.
Please provide an update on your activities in ON since your application submission on January 22, 2016.
Please note, you will have, at maximum, 15 days from the date of this request to submit the above documents for review and assessment.
Note: the above document(s) can be submitted as email attachment(s). If responding by email, please use the “Reply” feature (which automatically includes the original message) and do not modify the subject line because it references your file number.
The question i have is about this line,

All the email of discussing assignments were happening in Companies own email address which myname@company.com. I can't have access to that as i left that company. All i have on my personal email is the offer letter from my previous company.
What if i am not able to get any reference letter from my previous company as they don't answer any phone call . What should i write to them?

You havent mentioned that for how many employers you have provided reference. If you have already provided reference for your current employer which is more than a year then you can mention in LOE. Else you should arrange from colleague or in worst case prepare an affidavit and provide all possible evidences.

To me it looks like queue is based on en cashing of DD. DD of Canadian banks don't expire in six months and have longer validity. So for CEC candidates it was en cashed at time of AOR itself. With this logic we should see early processing of FSW Inland as well.
For outlanders it took time in asking for new DD and en cashing it.
But it might also happen that they are actually giving priority to CEC.

Nice work with the chart. Please correct my application's arrival date, it's 28.01.2016. The packet was delivered in person on 27th but maybe they opened it on 28th.

I had already provided (job duties/reference letters ) letter while submitting my application from previous employers(Two of those).I haven't been working with my current employer from more than a year yet.
Not sure why would they ask those reference letters again.

I got call from OOPNP office yesterday.
my time line is:
Received PT Dec 4/2015
Deliver document to OOPNP officeon Jan 18/2016
Received AOR on July 20
Got call from Nomination Office yesterday Nov 02/2016, asked for basic information, and asked me to
email them back additional documents (T4, NOA, Recent bank statement). and I received a email as well, saying
I'm in decision phase. And I just emailed back the additional docs.
So hoping I can got the 600 points in these two weeks!! ;D ;D

I think you can submit your your company letter that you got during application for your work permit that will have job duties.

My workpermit is expiring in June 2017. By company letter you mean "Offer Letter" ? my work permit is not bounded to my company so it doesn't have any job duties on work permit.

You should outline the details of your situation in this form and include a current email address.
The Change of Personal Information form applies to any changes that you may need to make to your application during processing, for example a change of address or other information that may impact your application.

Second email:
Further to your application to Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, please provide the following information / documentation:
Copies of the bank statements that show your income from employment for the entire period of your work with XX. Please highlight the amounts that you received from employment before you scan them;
Copies of all your T4’s that you received from your employers for the years 2014 and 2015, and Notice of Assessment from CRA for the same years;
Copy of your last three bank statements that show the proof of funds transferrable to Ontario.
You have 15 calendar days from the date of this email to provide additional information or documentation to support that your application satisfies program criteria. Should the program not receive additional information within this timeframe, may lead to the refusal of your application.
Please send the requested documents by email. Scan the original documents in pdf format and attach them to this email thread and click reply without changing the subject line. In next stages of your application we may ask you to send us the original documents by mail.
